The Hub, Hazelwell offers high quality, adaptable space for hire at reasonable prices. Most of the rooms are usually available from 9am to 10pm, Monday to Saturday. However, any bookings outside normal office hours (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm) will incur an additional stewarding fee of £10 per hour. Advanced booking is essential.
There is free WiFi throughout the building. Additional audio visual and general equipment is available on request with room hire – e.g. TV, PA system, projector, flip chart. We can also provide equipment for meeting or conference bookings – providing marker pens, ballpoint pens, pencils, scissors. Additional costs may apply.
We offer catering in partnership with local professional caterers and can provide delicious hot or cold buffets, tea, coffee, and drinks. Water urns can be provided in the rooms for refreshments throughout your booking.
All rooms are accessible by wheelchair users and there is a lift to the first floor. A disabled toilet can be found on both the ground and first floor. Baby changing facilities are located in the ground floor disabled toilet.
Unfortunately, we cannot host private functions.
